Backache has become serious problem for many people nowadays. Pain is severe especially in the lower back for many and is termed as lumbago.

 Spondylitis
 Pelvis diseases
 Injury
 Lifting heavy weights
 Spinal Tumor

It can be other reasons also for your back pain to sprout from nowhere, like swung a golf club or hunched over desk or computer. Many times, posture plays vital role in causing backache. There is no remedy as such provided by the doctors, except painkillers and rest.

Home Remedies for Backache

 Always intake any hot food item or hot drinks.

 Include garlic while preparing food, if at home.

 Take a cup of water and boil 10 tulsi leaves until the whole syrup reduces to half. Make sure to add salt and consume twice a day for severe back pain.

 Self-massage with eucalyptus oil or any other herbal oils like mustard oil is a great pain reliever.

 Consume Guggulu twice a day with half-teaspoon quantity after meals with warm water.

 Mix 5 black pepper corns, cloves of five and dry ginger of 1 gram in your tea twice a day.

 Consume dalchini powder of 1 gram with one-teaspoon honey twice a day.

 Massage the aching area in a gentle manner. It gives relief from pain.

 Ice can give lot of inflammation from back pain

 Try to intake cabbage, carrot, tomato and lettuce along with cucumber.

 Cook two light vegetable including spinach, cauliflower and fruits.

 Sleep on firm and hard mattress and face down while sleeping.

 Exercise everyday from 10 – 20 times a day and increase the count slowly.

These are few home remedies or natural remedies for relieving back pain.
