Losing weight is very easy when you make a conscious effort and do it the right way. Following the right diet and exercising are very important to lose weight. Here are some tips and tricks to help you to lose weight.

If you want to lose weight the very first thing to do as soon as you get up in the morning is to drink a glass of protein shake. Drinking a protein shake will help your body to kick-start losing weight for the day because proteins are the best fat burning nutrients.

A protein shake helps to burn off fat and build lean muscle tissue. It also keeps you fill for a long time and curbs your appetite. Protein helps to prevent the absorption of bad fat into the body.

Apple Cider Vinegar is a great drink to include in your diet to lose weight. Apple Cider Vinegar is great for boosting your energy, increasing body metabolism and reduces hunger.

Exercise regularly. Include circuit training in your exercise routine to lose weight. Circuit training involves exercising your body in different ways during an exercise session. For example a circuit training could be - 5 push-ups, 10 lunges, 10 jumping jacks and jogging in place for a whole minute.

Keep yourself hydrated. Water helps to lose weight in many ways. Drinking water along with a meal will help you to eat less. When the body is dehydrated it slows down the fat burning process. Water also removes the toxins your body produces when you exercise.

Drinking lemon water helps you to lose weight. Lemon water curbs your hunger pangs because of the presence of pectin fiber in the lemon. It speeds up weight loss and cleans out all the residual waste from the body.

Eating a high fiber cereal for breakfast keeps you full for a long time and helps you to lose weight. It slows down the digestive process, stays in the stomach for a long time and curbs your hunger. After eating a high fiber diet for breakfast, you will eat less during lunch.

Having a salad before a meal helps you to eat less during a meal. This will definitely help to lose weight.

Eat at short intervals, this way you will not end up eating more than your body needs.

Keep a food dairy and note down what you eat everyday. This will help you keep track of what you have eaten through the day and make any changes to improve your diet.

Make a conscious effort to avoid high calorie food and drinks that put on weight.
