Tips on Finding Time to Exercise

Are you the sort of person that is to busy to exercise? If that is the case than it is likely that you do have the time but you do other things to avoid exercising, whether your doing it consciously or unconsciously.

When we have less time then we need then we tend to do things quicker which means exercising less and eating foods for how convenient it is instead of eating it for how nutritional it is. We also have less time to spend with family, friends and less time for ourselves.

Here are some easy methods for finding some extra time:

Set aside time. Every day try and set out a certain amount of time, it doesn’t have to be a lot of time you could start from just 10 minutes a day till you get a couple of hours a day.

Take a look at your daily life. Find the activities and people how are wasting your time, this may sound harsh but time is the most important resource you will ever find. You don’t need to totally cut them out from you life but you could reduce the time you spend doing the activities or time spent with people.

Hire someone else. How long does it take to clean your house? Would it be worth hiring someone else to clean it? Doing this could give a lot more time to exercise and relax.

When you are doing someone like watching the TV or on the phone try doing some light, on the spot, exercise. This can be a great way to sneak extra time for exercising.
