Tips on How to get the Body you Deserve

Tired of those bellies and fats? Tired of being tired all day? Why not try to be different? Here are some tips that you can try to shed of those extra weight.

Make a decision

Losing weight needs time and patience. It is not a one night outcome. So, to get started, you should make up your mind on it. Make a decision. Take note of that decision. Write it on your planner or the calendar. Encircle that day and tell to yourself, "Starting this day, I would be different. I would be a few kilograms lighter."

Measure up

Before you decide on taking out some foods in your diet, weigh yourself. Take note of that kilograms and set a weight goal. Write it down on your calendar and write down your desired weight after several months.

Gamble

Losing weight is not as easy as eating. If you don't have a motivation to lose weight, then try gambling. Talk with some friends who would love to lose weight like you and make each other as an encouragement. Make a bet and decide for a prize to those who would have the biggest weight lose. Isn't it a good competition?

Change your diet

If you're a chocoholic or a sweet tooth, then forget it. It's time you say goodbye to those stuffs. It may be painful to say goodbye but every goodbye welcomes a new start. So, take out those chocolates and candies out from your refrigerator and replace them with vegetables, lean meat, and other foods with lesser calorie content. That would not be a big deal!

First thing in the morning: Water therapy

Some studies show that water in an empty stomach would be a great way to fight against diseases. And it would also be good for cleansing especially those fats in the stomach. It can also re hydrate you and sweat you up. So, why not try? You've got nothing to lose though.

The 6 o'clock habit

This is a good habit to start to. You do have a lot of habit right? So, try including this in your habit list. This is as easy as, not eating any food after 6 o'clock in the evening. You can drink a lot of water if you're hungry but, remember not to drink alcohol (They have a lot of calories). Since you would feel hungry later on, it's time you go to bed early so you don't have to use up all your energy and eat dinner again and again. Remember, if you do this everyday in a week consecutively, it would unconsciously become a habit, except if you're hard headed.

No more snacks

Normally, we eat three meals in a day but some people eat snacks in between. Junk foods , chocolates, and juice contain a lot of calories and put extra pounds in your weight. So, if you don't want those extra pounds, stop the SNACKS. You would be surprise of the outcome.

Of course: Exercise

Do not forget the most important part in losing weight which is exercise. Though it's very tiring to do so, you must never give up exercise. 30 minutes in a day would be enough to shed off those extra pounds and do not leave behind water therapy during exercising. Such exercises that you can do are curl ups, jogging, walking, etc. You can all do these things in the comfort of your home or in a gym.

Think Positive

With all these tips, you have to think positive all the time. We are all beautiful and it depends on how we carry ourselves. But it's always better to be physically healthy. In some way, we can always stand out proud and grateful.

hahaha..the 2nd to the last thing I failed to do...i don't make exercise as my habit...now i should change...
