Tips to avoid ruining your sleep

Here are few ways to get proper sleep and tips which can help to sleep tight.


• Avoid eating heavy food or drinking lots of water right before bed

• You might feel uncomfortable because of eating heavy food and there is high risk of heartburn problem.

• If you are not getting sleep, just be awake. Try reading some book rather than tossing around

• Try to sleep somewhere there is no noise or its not too cold nor too hot. If the sound blares along with the lights flickering, “how can anyone sleep”?

• Before going to bed, do not make your brain active. Television and computer along with the telephone and gaming system only help in stimulating our mind rather than letting us sleep.

• Do not take coffee or tea before going to bed as they act as stimulants and keep you awake

If I am not able to sleep. I get up and do a few things around the house. When I start to get tired, I try again.
