How Many Egg We May Eat Everyday

It is easy for us to obtain eggs. Eggs contain a lot of nutritional value such as calcium, protein, and vitamins. But sometimes the eggs are also associated with various health problems such as diabetes and cholesterol problems.

A research revealed that moderate consumption of eggs is relatively safe and beneficial even for adults. The limit of your consumption of eggs per day was dependent on several factors, including medical history, gender, and physical activity. But in general, the recommendation on the consumption of eggs is 4 eggs per week.

Consumption of 4 eggs per week is safe and will not increase the risk of heart disease. To keep your cholesterol levels remain normal when eating eggs, you need to limit your intake of cholesterol from other sources. A single large egg contains 212 mg cholesterol. But cholesterol in eggs is not completely bad. As is known, there are two types of cholesterol: high density lipo protein (HDL) which is good cholesterol and low density lipo protein (LDL) which is bad cholesterol. LDL can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.

If you like eggs but do not want extra cholesterol, then you just need to get rid of the yolk and eat the albumine. The albumine contain no cholesterol.

Eggs are very nutritious for us and it is good to eat them in moderation.
