This article is written just to moralize every single person who thinks that he/she is skinny , but the thing is they can bulk up for sure.. by reading this article they will know how they can transform them from skinny to bulked :)

True stories and if they can do then why not you comm'n..

BATMAN- Christian Bale .. the personified actor , the perfection how he bulked up for this movie! its cool to look at.. In this article as myself a big fan of him ,wanted to know about how a person can workout so much to build such a wonderful physical looks..

lets talk about the perfectionist , Christian Bale worked hard for this , as he was vegetarian he use to eat eggs,green veg. , carbs , protein supplements.. n at last he build from 26 to 70s how cool it is... i am a big fan of him.

HRITHIK ROSHAN (INDIAN actor) (Krishh-superhero) another example of personified awesome person in this earth .. being vegetarian n being SKINNY he build up by hard work and now he is the perfection in Bollywood industry.
he takes banana shakes and other supplements to build up his physic and hes another example of skinny to bulk .

Shahid Kapur(INDIAN actor) another example who is one of the cute and awesome personality in Bollywood ,practices at gym and being again vegetarian ,takes supplements high in protein .

Here above are some examples true stories ... :)

What to eat to Add up Mass n bulk up

Some Proteins supplements
For Both Vegetarians and Non Vegetarians :)

Lean ground turkey
Chicken breast
Turkey breast
Turkey bacon or Sausage
Lean ground beef
Egg whites
Canned tuna
Egg whites
Fat-free cottage cheese 1 to 1 ½ cups
Lean white fish
Banana 2 in morning 2 in evening with milk will help
Whey Protein Powder 1 or 2 scoops on carbs
Brown Rice 1 cup
White Rice 1 cup
Whole Grain Bread 2 – 4 slices
Potato (baked, boiled or mashed with skim milk)
Sweet Potato 1 whole
Squash 2 cups
Pasta 2 to 4 cup
Corn 2 cups
Grits or Hominy 2 cups
Any whole grains

These Above are some supplements you can try for bulking your muscles and can transform from skinny to bulky :D

Dude! you can build muscles naturally and with free weights at home. To me, Shahid is still skinny as he hasn't got terrific delts , traps and upper pecks. I was 51 kg with six feet height. When I read about hrithik, I started working out with moderate weights and proper compound movements. Now I am 82 kg without those shakes.
I use 2 egg whites with 3 bran breads
Fruits at brunch
Lentils, chicken or fish at lunch
Boiled/ baked sweet potatoes
Skimmed milk
Lentils, chicken or fish at lunch dinner.
Grow naturally!
