Whole my life, for 21 long years, i have been a fat chubby child. Finally, down to 63 kgs from 75 in three months. Learn this way, if you are a hardworking studious student with zilch time to exercise.

Slim down to your perfect weight.

I wont put you through a boring job of reading paragraphs. below are some tried and tested and effective bullet points.
1) No salt intake after 7.30 pm
2) have green tea. it works wonders.
3) If not green tea, have a glass of warm water with a lemon squeezed into after every meal. You will NEVER accumulate any fat.
4) 8-12 glasses of water per day.
5) Have an all carb diet for three days. and then an only protein diet for another three days.
6)Indulge yourself once in a week.
Last but not the least, try and walk or run for a minimum of 30 minutes. It helps rejuvinate the mind and improves concentration.
