'What! I am getting fat!! nahhh..!!' this is the expression of a man/woman becoming more fat than they actually was a few months back. And when this turn a year they realized they've become already a fat person. Ignorance in the period of rapid fat growth is a crime which people commit to themselves.
so, when you identify that you are really getting fat or gain a weight of 2kg more than previous month then it is the time to buckle up and start to work out. Everybody can not give that much time to zym or one hour a day for fitness as modern life svhedule is very busy. To get 1 hour out of it will be very hard. But I recommend at least 30 minutes of life should be dedicated to exercise.
I never have felt that weight liftin or hard zym is the answer but I think if you simply dance to music or playing football with local club than it will be fun and also a healthy activity. So do something which you like and also healthy for 30 minutes regularly. That will keep you from quitting. So start it now.
