Stress does pull our immunity down. But more than just physical effects, the emotional impact is as important. I really appreciate your comments siva and kingwell.

An excellent article. I tend to gain weight in the winter when I'm unable to walk as much. I did not know about walking before meals and that is interesting. The right foods are important too.
