Handling anxiety is a challenge to some people whom all they suffer from is a strong hit of the symptoms of the condition, this is so due to the fact of how it can negatively interfere with the ability to perform daily chores as required for a healthy human being. having some changes in the diet can contribute to the easing of the problem. Even though diet on its own cannot solve of the problem, there are types of food that when included or excluded from the diet, can play a vital healing role from anxiety and its symptoms. An alternative of curbing anxiety without going the medical direction is simply medication making lifestyle shift, and that includes changing of diet from foods that increase anxiety to foods that reduce anxiety. this can reduce anxiety and increase good moods. There are indeed anti-anxiety foods only if an individual understands their type of anxiety. Foods like fried foods, high glycemic carbs, unrefined sugars, and alcoholic beverages should be avoided at all costs due to their high contribution to the case of anxiety cause.

Sea weed, blue berries, whole graiaca roots, chocolates, almonds ,and acai berries are the type of foods that can be relied on to cure anxiety.  Starting the day day by taking a healthy breakfast not more than an hour after waking up is a way of having a healthy day, this type of  breakfast should include proteins and other anti-anxiety foods in it so as to take care of low blood sugar. The signs of anxiety that may come with low blood sugar include but are not limited to  nervousness, shakiness, irritability. this meal can be composed of animal proteins, vegetables, carbohydrates and water. On the other hand some food may cause anxiety like the gluten found in oats, wheat and barley. Non-useful sugars like the ones found in cookies, sodas and candies are just a addition to the anxiety. Another form of anti-anxiety food are the foods that are rich in  tryptophan. This is a form of amino acid that reduces anxiety by promoting better sleep. They may  include cheese, chicken, soy products, eggs, tofu, fish, milk, turkey, nuts, peanuts and peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds.This is why alcohol and caffeine are  highly discouraged due to the effects they to the  system of sleep.

The one surest anti-anxiety food is water, it has a relaxing effect to the body system. complex carbohydrates are also a reliable source of anti-anxiety foods. They  are believed to increase the level of serotonin in the brain, which has a calming effect.  Though complex carbs such as those found in whole grains have a positive effect on the body, avoid simple carbs like sugary foods. Chamomile tea is known for the curbing of anxiety symptoms. omega  acids that are found in  vegetables should be replaced by omega 3 acids from oily fish. The above disused foods are better in handling anxiety and can qualify to be termed anti-anxiety foods.
