I have been able to escape the stress problem in most situations because I adopted a philosophy many years ago to act, not worry. Actually my guiding philosophy is a simple one. It goes like this: If there's something wrong in my life and I can do something to make it better, I act to make it better, I don't spend time worrying about it. If there's something wrong in my life and there isn't anything that I can do to make it better, I accept it, I don't spend time worrying about it. Worrying doesn't do anything but make a bad situation worse.
