Have you ever wanted to quit smoking but thought why should I stop? Well!!! Read this..

Smoking A Pleasure???

Those who don't want to read this, just look at the picture and get amazed!!!

Smoking may give some one pleasure and fun. Youngsters start this just for fun but they use it to reach a level that they can't quit smoking. There are immediate benefits for quitting smoking. Within eight hours after you quit, the level of dangerous carbon monoxide gas in the blood returns to normal. Also, within the next 24 hours, your chances of having a heart attack begin to decrease dramatically. But one of the most important benefits on quitting the smoking is the amount of money that you will save per day.

Within the next two to three weeks you can expect to experience even more health benefits for quitting smoking. Your lung function will increase by 30 percent, and within one year your risk of coronary heart disease will have dropped in half. And after 10 years, your chances of dying from lung cancer will have dropped by about one half.

These are just a very few of the benefits, there are a lot more than this, believe me. There are just too many to list them all here.

But one thing you can be sure of, that if you decide to quit today, you will definitely be healthier tomorrow. You can say good-bye to yellow fingernails and a wrinkled face, as well as dramatically decreasing your chances of getting cancer and heart disease. The choice is yours. The power and ability to quit is in your hands. Do it, save the world.

Wonderful article. I quit smoking 12 years ago and never went back. I smoked 3 packs per day for over 25 years. Made the choice in my heart and God took care of the rest. Thank-you for an encouraging article.

Just simply make the decision within your heart Natasha and God will take care of the rest. I am not trying to be preachy, but, faith is not knowing God can but will. Try to embrace this thought and pray for courage. You never know how He will handle the situation. Peace and Blessings to you. JG Evans

Great article. I lost my husband at 53 because of smoking. He tried so hard to give up.
