change your eating habits....

it is a common fact that whenever we come from work or school and colleges we feel really hungry.it is the time where we forget what we are eating and thus intake alot of calorie gaining food.to reduce this habit one should normally follow the following steps :
1- never leave your stomach hungry for more than 3 hours,you can eat bits of food that are light and easy to carry also for example a sugar free biscuit.
2- always keep your dinner light and free of calories for example a good fruit will be great.
3- never intake more than 2 chacolate bars in a week.
4- breakfast should be a must in your diet.
5-eat bits of everything not too much of one thing.
6-chew your food alot and eat really slow. this helps alot because whenever you chew your food alot it will thus require more time for your food to finish and your brain realizes that your hunger is now fulfilled whereas on the other hand when you eat fastly you continue eating even if you are full.
7-always check the calories written behind the wrappers of your food and select it accordingly.
8-eat less when you are in a higher temper as it does negative effect on your diestive system
9-take lots of water before having your meal this will force you to eat lesser food because your stomach will be already half filled
10-avoid bread , rice and other starchy foods for dinner as much as possible.
