importance of health in our daily life

health should be given paramount importance in our life.as due to heavy stress and mental pressure in the work environment we tend to grow repulsive and reluctant in following healthy habits in our day to day life,so here are few things for all of us to make our self free from mental stress and build a strong mind and healthy body

in the early morning

start your day pleasantly listening to a smooth and soothing music.make it habit of doing yoga for a period of fifteen minutes which will surely keeps you remain concentrated at your work and gives you the ability to withstand with the mental stress.go for a casual walk to a nearby playground in the fresh air and do a light exercise.

during afternoon

inculcate the habit of taking lunch at right time. avoid including fried items in your lunch,as they may increase cholesterol content in the body,and do prefer to take food which has less oil and high fiber content

during the evening

allocate some time to spend with your near and dear ones after coming back from work place.spend some time in your garden by watering the plants,take a paper and pen and try to put something which makes you laugh and cherish your childhood movents. make some time to tame the domestic animals at your home.try to get to bed early.

We tend to create stress upon ourselves. We go after creature comforts than for work-life balance. Our needs are limited but the greed can be overpowering. I have seen few doing exercises for ten minutes and then the mad rush starts! siva
